Sorry…Sorry… Sorry. I Ordered the shirts on Saturday and I under budget them. The kids wanted tie dyed and they run more than the solid shirt. Shirts will be avaible next week for pick up, hopefully on Wednesday and I will need to collect another $2 per shirt. The shirts look great! Sorry again for the inconvience. Vicki

individual state entries as of March 12th If your swimmer is swimming any individual event(s) at A-State, please look at the entry to make sure it is correct. Anyone signed up for more than 6 individual events will be scratched down at the meet. Any questions or changes need to be to Janet by Monday at 8:00 PM. Two families have given me information about lodging for the A-State weekend in Indy. If you are still looking…. Hampton Inn & Suites Airport: \9020 Hatfield Drive Indianapolis, IN 46211 (close to the airport) A block of rooms has been reserved at this hotel for Duneland Swim Club until 3/15/10. Price range is $89 + taxes for Double/Queen. Full complimentary breakfast each morning starting at 6:00 a.m. & ending at 10:00 a.m. 1) Calling the hotel directly 1-317-856-1000 and let them know you are there for IN Swimming State Meet – Duneland Team **Rooms are on a first come-first serve basis only. Each guest is responsible for paying their own room charges and tax. **Reservations will also hold a 48 hr cancel policy. That means if a guest needs to cancel a room for any reason they will have to cancel 48 hrs prior to the date of arrival. SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Downtown 601 West Washington Street, Spring Hill Suites is a brand new Marriott hotel very close to the pool. The stated rate is $119 for a 2-Queen plus Full Sleeper Suite, but you get a $15 / NIGHT Visa Gift card if you pay w/ a Visa, which brings the rate to $104 a night. I will be at the pool Monday night from 4:30-5:30 collecting State entries and entering the swimmers in the computer. I can answer questions at that time too. If you are going to time trials today or tomorrow, please get me your entry by Wednesday. Otherwise, all entries are due by Tuesday night.
